Who I Am

My nickname is Mimi. Please feel comfortable addressing me as Mimi,
if you wish.

I have resided in Newtown over 22 years. Originally, I grew-up and lived at the New
Jersey Shore before coming to Connecticut.

I have 3 great children, 2 wonderful son-in-laws, soon to have an amazing
daughter-in-law, and 2 beautiful little granddaughters. Remarried nine years ago, my
husband, Bill, and I live in Newtown.

I started my career as a registered nurse working in the operating room and public
health. After being in medical sales, I entered the corporate world and progressed to a
Medical and Human Resource Department Supervisor.

I had training experience with Dupont in presenting all types of seminars --Benefits,
safety, retirement, health. I have experience planning corporate events, sometimes
co-ordinating sessions for management and employees from two different
manufacturing sites. I also planned CEO visits to CT.

I am "semi" retired now working part time! I am an
active volunteer with the Red Cross and the Canine
Advocates of Newtown.

My hobbies are photography, reading, and being
with those two granddaughters of mine!
